Orioles claim RHP Shaun Anderson from Rangers, Wilkerson clears waivers

A few hours after the news of the Kelvin Gutierrez trade, Mike Elias added another player to the Orioles organization. This time, it was right-handed pitcher Shaun Anderson, and he was claimed off waivers, after being designated for assignment by the Texas Rangers.
