The time has finally come! Our minor league teams are gearing up for their 2021 season, the first since 2019. The Double-A affiliate for the Orioles, the Bowie Baysox, are featuring some of the O’s top prospect on their roster to start the season.
Among this roster are a plethora of Oriole prospects that fans are most excited about. Starting the season in Bowie in 2021, we will see top pitching prospects D.L. Hall, the return to the Orioles system of former Rule 5 pick Gray Fenter, and former first round pick, Cody Sedlock. Fenter was returned to the Orioles by the Chicago Cubs earlier this season.
On the position side, we will see names like Terrin Vavra and Cadyn Grenier, two very exciting infield prospects. Easily at the top of this list, the Baysox will start the No. 2 overall prospect in all of baseball, catcher Adley Rutschman.
