Orioles vs. Mariners: Doubleheader Game 1 Lineups

After splitting an exciting day-night doubleheader two nights ago, the O’s look to continue their brief win streak in yet another doubleheader today against the scrappy Seattle Mariners.

Matt Harvey will make his third start in the first game for the Birds in the first game and Bruce Zimmermann in the second, as Seattle will send Marco Gonzales in game one and Justin Dunn in game two. Harvey has yet to go more than five innings so far this year, so let’s see if the Dark Knight can do it today.

In other news, the O’s have placed RHP Mac Sceroler on the 10-day Injured List with right shoulder tendinitis and recalled RHP Travis Lakins, Sr. from the Alternate Site at Double-A Bowie.

Also, RHP Cole Sulser was recalled from the Alternate Site at Double-A Bowie to serve as the 27th man for today’s doubleheader.
