Orioles vs. Yankees: Lineups & Notes 3/20/21

The O’s are back at beautiful Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, FL, to battle the division rival New York Yankees in exhibition action.

Last night, the Birds beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 11-9, in what was an offensive explosion. Trey Mancini, Ryan Mountcastle, and Cedric Mullins all hit home runs, and Dean Kremer had another solid outing.

Brandon Hyde will send Matt Harvey to the mound in tonight’s game. “The Dark Knight” improved in his last outing, so let’s see if that continues this evening. Mac Sceroler, Tyler Wells, Dillon Tate, and Conner Greene will pitch in relief tonight. The Yankees will start young Michael King.

Aaron Boone will play a mix of starters and bench bats tonight. DJ LeMahieu, Gleyber Torres, and Gary Sanchez are some notable names in the lineup for the Yanks.
