Orioles vs. Blue Jays: Lineup 3/10/21

The Orioles are back in action from beautiful Ed Smith Stadium in sunny Sarasota, FL, to play the division rival Toronto Blue Jays.

In a tough 1-0 loss to the Minnesota Twins yesterday, the Birds looked great on the mound and in the field. Both Dean Kremer and Bruce Zimmermann pitched three scoreless innings, while Ryan Mountcastle and Yolmer Sánchez made nice plays in the field.

Brandon Hyde will send Keegan Akin to the mound for his first start (second appearance) of the spring. His first appearance was in relief, and the young lefty went two innings, giving up one earned run on one hit with two strikeouts. The Jays will start former Dodger, Ross Stripling.

Here is today’s starting lineup:

Baltimore Orioles (2-6-1):
1. Austin Hays CF
2. Anthony Santander RF

5. Chance Sisco C
6. Ramón Urías 3B
