Orioles look to bounce back against Rays: Lineup 9/17/20

After dropping a doubleheader yesterday to the Rays, the Orioles look to bounce back tonight at Camden Yards.

In order to do so, the Orioles will need a bounce-back performance from Alex Cobb. Cobb started the season with a 2.50 ERA with 17 strikeouts and eight walks in 19.2 innings. In his four starts since, Cobb has an ERA of 7.32 with 12 strikeouts in 19.2 innings.

The Orioles lineup will face 6’8″ righty Tyler Glasnow. A strikeout artist, Glasnow has fanned 73 batters in only 46.1 innings. He is 3-1 with a 4.47 ERA, but Glasnow has struggled a bit over his last two starts against the Marlins and Red Sox, pitching to a 5.11 ERA. In two starts against the Orioles this season, Glasnow has pitched 11.2 innings, striking out 18 and giving up four earned runs.

The O’s lineup facing Glasnow tonight is as follows:

  1. Cedric Mullins (S) CF
  2. Hanser Alberto (R) 2B
  3. DJ Stewart (L) RF
  4. Ryan Mountcastle (R) 1B
