With the final Wild Card spot now seemingly out of reach for the Orioles, they decided to explode offensively on Monday night, scoring 14 runs against the NL-East-leading Atlanta Braves.

Backed by three home runs, the Birds scored nine runs in the third inning. Long balls by DJ Stewart, Ryan Mountcastle, and José Iglesias were grouped with a two-run single by Cedric Mullins, giving the Orioles their biggest inning of the season.

Where was this offense all weekend?!

In game two, the offense hopes to keep up the momentum, as well as on the mound. Jorge López was fantastic in game one, and Thomas Eshelman (3-0, 3.96 ERA) will follow up with the start in this game.

The Orioles lineup will get a chance against 22-year-old Huascar Ynoa, who has struggled with command so far, holding a 1.9 WHIP.

Ryan Mountcastle will be making his first base debut tonight, as Austin Hays will once again command left field.

Ladies and gentlemen, here is your Baltimore Orioles lineup for tonight’s matchup against the Atlanta Braves:
