Keegan Akin gets first MLB start, O’s vs. Blue Jays lineup: 8/31/2020

On the busiest day of the season, the 14-19 Baltimore Orioles look to avoid the break today, as they face off against the Toronto/Buffalo Blue Jays.

Following the trade of starting pitcher Tommy Milone, the Orioles have recalled Keegan Akin to get the start in today’s game. This is Akin’s first major league start and a long awaited one at that.

Ryan Mountcastle found the long ball for the first time in his young career last night, but one wasn’t enough. Mountcastle finished the hame with his first two home runs, equaling 830 feet.

Without further ado, here is your Baltimore Orioles lineup for today!
