The Orioles try to end their Buffalo blues this afternoon, as they take on the Toronto Blue Jays, who have done nothing but beat the Birds every game this season.
In fact, the Orioles are trying to end their overall blues today, as the club has lost 10 of their last 12 games. However, considering the fact that their lineup is as imposing as a local softball team and that the club is starting to make boneheaded plays in the field a daily occurance, things do not look promising.
My ol pappy said: “Listen here, feller, dem O’s are headed straight for the cellar.”
The Orioles lineup for today is as follows:
1. Hanser Alberto (R) 2B
2. Anthony Santander (S) RF
3. José Iglesias (R) DH
4. Renato Núñez (R) 1B
5. Pedro Severino (R) C
6. Ryan Mountcastle (R) LF
7. Mason Williams (L) CF
8. Rio Ruiz (R) 3B
9. Andrew Velazquez (S) SS
Jorge Lopez RHP
First pitch is at 3:07 p.m. EST, and you can catch the game on MASN2 or on the radio at 105.7 The Fan!
