Scouting grades: Hit: 50 | Power: 40 | Run: 60 | Arm: 55 | Field: 55 | Overall: 45

Starting 2018 with the Aberdeen Ironbirds, Hall had a slash line of .293/.368/.374 and a .741 OPS. In 62 games, Hall had 24 RBI with 22 stolen bases and 17 walks. With a fielding percentage of .942, Hall shows promise on both sides of the diamond.

Playing with Delmarva in 2019, Hall had an improved batting average of .298. Playing in 122 games shows durability and versatility in being able to transition around the middle of the infield. Hall also had 45 RBI, accompanied with 33 stolen bases and finished with a .780 OPS.

Only being 20 years old gives Hall time to develop. Considering the middle infield is a very empty position for the Orioles, all fans hope Hall can make his way to the major league roster soon.
